Additional Fees and Charges – Non-Routine Fees:

Late Withdrawal by a Landlord, after Tenant Referencing has been completed, will be charged at £450.00.

Deposit negotiation for fully managed properties in excess of first hour:

£50.00 per hour plus fixed contribution from tenant.

Supervision, Management and Project Management of larger works than the normal small maintenance and expenditure works specified in “Landlord Instruction To Act” and “Agency Agreement” signed, will attract an administrative charge equivalent to the agreed commission rate charge for Managed Properties of 10% and will be added to the cost of the works agreed.

Charges when the Service is not included within our Tenant Find or Fully Managed Service

(N.B. We reserve the right to negotiate fees on an individual basis).

Tenancy Agreement £180.00

Serving Section 21 Notice to Quit £150.00

Tenant Referencing and our Recommendation £120.00 per tenant.

Full Photographic Inventory and Written Schedule of Condition £250.00.

Provision of Independent Check-Out Report £180.00.

Maintenance and Routine Inspection Visits £100.00 each.

Court Attendance (per day or part of) £330.00 plus reasonable expenses.

Professional Rental Valuation and Appraisal Fee £170. 00.

Legionella Assessment £100.00.

Health and Safety Assessment (including Legionella) £195.00.
