Additional Fees and Charges – Non-Routine Fees:
Late Withdrawal by a Landlord, after Tenant Referencing has been completed, will be charged at £450.00.
Deposit negotiation for fully managed properties in excess of first hour:
£50.00 per hour plus fixed contribution from tenant.
Supervision, Management and Project Management of larger works than the normal small maintenance and expenditure works specified in “Landlord Instruction To Act” and “Agency Agreement” signed, will attract an administrative charge equivalent to the agreed commission rate charge for Managed Properties of 10% and will be added to the cost of the works agreed.
